All services have been restored. We are still working to get a solid explanation from our service provider as to the cause of the outage.
Update: At approximately 4:35pm there was a power outage at the energy company that supplies power for our co-location facility. This facility has an automated system that is supposed to automatically switch to generators when power loss occurs, but the system failed. Their engineers are troubleshooting the cause of the failure. |

We were just notified that they will be performing maintenance tomorrow morning & will need to disconnect our network connection for a few minutes. The maintenance window is from 6:00 am - 6:30 am (eastern), but the down time is expected to only be a few minutes. |
