Pricing for Process Server's Toolbox & Courier Service Toolbox

Database Services, Inc. charges for Process Server's Toolbox and Courier Service Toolbox on a per month basis. Both Process Server's Toolbox & Courier Service Toolbox are licensed, not sold. There are NO start up costs & setup is easy! You can download a FULL copy of Process Server's Toolbox or Courier Service Toolbox from our downloads page. If you need any help or have any questions on how to install or use the program, please call Database Services Tech Support for prompt & friendly assistance.
Risk Free Trial Policy
You can use our software Risk Free for 30 days or 100 jobs (which ever comes first). During the trial period you can enjoy all of the benefits that Database Services, Inc. has to offer (including support, installing the application on your network & much more). At the end of the trial period, if you decide to continue to use the software, you would pay for what you have used during the trial (for example, if you started using our software in April and continued to use it, your first month to pay would be April). Should you decide not to continue the use of our software, then you pay nothing.

Database Services understands the needs of both large and small process service companies. This is why our license fee is based on the amount of jobs processed each month. Our price structure allows a small process company to enjoy the same tracking abilities that a large process company has. There is a minimum license fee of $25 per month, with a maximum of $85 per month. If you process 100 jobs or less in Process Server's Toolbox, the cost is $25 per month. Each job processed after the first 100, is $0.25 per job with a cap of $85 for 340 jobs or more. ALL Upgrades & Tech Support are included in the monthly license fee, plus there are no additional charges for multiple computers on your network! |

Designed for large companies with their own IT support. This SQL Server based version of PST runs on your hardware and your copy of MS SQL Server. Priced at a flat $150 per month. |

Process Server's Toolbox (SQL Hosted) Pricing Information: |

Designed for medium or large sized companies that do not have their own IT departments, or simply prefer to outsource all the costs and administration of running MS SQL Server. Pricing starts at 25 cents per job, with a minimum of $50 per month. Since our costs continue to increase with each additional job, our Hosted PST pricing does not have a "cap". Courier Service Toolbox Pricing Information: |

Whether you are a one man
operation or have several dispatchers in your office, our price
structure will fit your business needs. Courier Service Toolbox
is licensed on the amount of jobs processed in a month, using
a sliding scale. There is a minimum monthly fee of $15 and a maximum
of $75. The table below shows the monthly license fee charged
for each level of use. |

Database Services offers
an add-on feature for Process Server's Toolbox that allows you to automatically send emails to your clients notifying them when you complete a job. It also allows your clients to view the status of their jobs online and trade jobs with other Process Servers.
If you are spending too much time answering questions about the status
of your client's jobs, this is the feature for your office! The license fee for the Web Services
Package is only $50 per month. |
